Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business hours. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume. You will receive confirmation once your order has been accepted by KV or an authorized partner.
Shipping & Carriers
Shipments are routed using common parcel and freight carriers based on size, weight and destination. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery windows are determined by carrier service levels and destination. Transit times may be affected by weather, holidays or other conditions beyond KV’s control.
Freight Damage & Claims
Inspect packages upon delivery. If damage is visible, note it with the carrier and retain all packaging materials. Report issues to Customer Service promptly to initiate a claim.
