If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of shipping date, you may return any products in new condition for a full refund or exchange, less shipping and handling charges. A 20% restocking and handling fee will be charged. The minimum restocking and handling fee is $25. Please note that shipping damage is the responsibility of the carrier and is not a reason to return a product. We will assist you, where possible, in settling your claim with the carrier. You are responsible for all shipping charges to return the item unless we made an error in shipping your order (e.g., the product we shipped is not the one you ordered).
KV will not accept returns on clearance items, all sales are final.
Return Goods Authorization (RGA)
All requests for returns must be pre-authorized by Keadowcrate. For pre-authorization, contact Customer Service at 1.800.253.1561 and a representative will assist you in obtaining a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). All returns must include a copy of your sales receipt or a copy of your original invoice (keep original for your records) and the RGA.
How to Return Merchandise

If you have lost your receipt or invoice for products you are returning, call Customer Service at 1.800.253.1561 to obtain the information you need to include with your return, including your original order number and a return authorization number.
Please allow a minimum of 14 days for your refund to account for receipt and processing of your return. We will refund the value of the product total plus any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery charges). Refunds will be given in the same form of payment remitted. Credit card adjustments should appear within two billing cycles.
